Alli Orton, LMFT
I’m Alli Orton, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing since 2014. I hold active licensure to provide psychotherapy in the states of Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota.
When working with my clients I always strive to recognize the many roles they take on in day to day life and the ongoing pressures we all experience. By utilizing evidence-based therapies, psychoeducation and a client-centered approach, I will strive to support you on your journey of personal growth, self-discovery, and overall well-being. Together, we will develop goals for treatment, work to grow and sharpen your already existing coping and communication skills, and promote personal growth and empowerment with authenticity and intentionality.
I am honored to have the privilege of witnessing the strength and resilience that my clients possess and I am dedicated to creating a space where everyone is able to explore their unique experiences, heal, and empower themselves to navigate life's challenges. My background and approach are rooted in empathy, understanding, and client-centered care.
I’m more than a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist—I’m also a parent, and I personally strive to live my own life as authentically and intentionally as possible. I bring not only professional expertise the the therapeutic relationship but my own lived experience, empathy, and understanding to support you and your healing journey.
I believe it is essential to prioritize the well-being and safety of individuals in acute distress. For this reason, I do not accept high acuity or crisis clients due to the need for immediate and specialized care that I feel surpass the scope of my practice and availability as a Telehealth therapist.
