Counseling and Therapy
Therapy for Women and Moms
Therapy can be an incredibly meaningful space for women navigating the unique challenges and pressures of an ever-changing world. I see every day how heavy it can feel to juggle expectations, roles, identity, and emotional responsibility while trying to stay connected to who you truly are. It’s easy to lose your sense of self when you’re constantly adapting to what life demands of you.
I offer a space where you can pause, breathe, and sort through what you’re carrying — without judgment, without pressure, and without having to shrink or apologize. Together, we can explore the impact of stress, anxiety, trauma, and societal expectations, and work toward building resilience, clarity, and emotional steadiness. I believe deeply in supporting women as they reclaim their identity, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with a sense of worth and authenticity.
For many women, therapy becomes a place to heal old wounds that have been quietly shaping their lives for years — patterns that affect relationships, self-confidence, and how they move through the world. You do not have to carry those experiences alone anymore.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, disconnected from yourself, or ready to step into a more grounded and empowered version of your life, I would be honored to support you. You deserve a space that is just for you, a space where you are understood, seen, and supported..
Therapy for Moms
From the very beginning of motherhood, I remember what it felt like to navigate sleepless nights, diaper changes, and the constant demands of caring for a child while trying to take care of myself at the same time. As children grow, the challenges shift — supporting their independence, setting boundaries, and managing things like peer pressure, academic expectations, and emotional ups and downs. And when children move into adulthood, parenting changes yet again. It becomes about balancing support and autonomy, offering guidance when it’s welcome, and learning how to step back while still staying connected.
None of this is simple. It can be beautiful and meaningful — and it can also be exhausting, confusing, and overwhelming. I know what it’s like to try to show up for everyone while wondering who is showing up for you.
That’s why I’m passionate about offering therapy for mothers. Therapy can be a grounding space to process what you’re carrying, to strengthen boundaries, to rebuild trust in yourself, and to remember that your needs matter, too. It’s a place to find support, clarity, and a sense of steadiness through each stage of motherhood.
Whether you’re a new mom adjusting to an entirely new identity, a working mom trying to balance it all, a stay-at-home mom feeling isolated and stretched thin, a single mom doing everything on your own, or a mom navigating an emptying nest.
